Love the use of 'what' questions over why/how - they feel a lot less interrogative and judgemental. I think this approach might work just as well with conflict amongst adults as it does children.
Absolutely! I definitely found the less interrogative and judgement adults are when resolving conflict, the more likely the children are to open up about their thoughts and feelings.
I've not tried it with adults but I imagine it could work!
