🚪 “How did I make them feel today?”
It’s a question I asked myself almost every week. Sometimes on the walk to the car, sometimes halfway through washing up.
Reflective practice isn’t just something we save for supervision sessions or post-incident reviews; it should be part of how we show up.
For our pupils.
For each other.
For ourselves.
But the reality? In the middle of behaviour logs, playground duties, 1:1s, and paperwork, stopping to reflect can feel like a luxury.
This post is about making it a habit instead.
Less “add this to your never-ending to-do list”… more “let’s embed this into what we’re already doing.”
